Farming playbooks for juicing maps — waystone filters, tablet and atlas notes, and prep tips.
Finish a Grand Mirror to spread Delirium fog across nearby maps, then close Abyss pits inside that fog while the rares print raw currency and Abyss Omens. The fog is what lifts your general loot — unlike Abyss Omens (Amanamu), where fog is optional, and unlike Delirium Breach, where the paycheck is Hiveblood from Breach hands rather than Abyss rares and currency.

Drop into pits as they open; do not save them for map end.
200% Delirium Abyss is a fog + pit density fight — tank rare spikes and pull Amanamu out of the dark cloud before the kill.
Both path Amanamu and pull dark-cloud rares for Light / Echoes — that chase-omen loop is shared. This farm is the juiced rare-density printer under Grand Mirror fog: Fubgun frames it as omens plus a lot of raw Divines / ground currency, with fog adding roughly 40–50% more general loot (mandatory here; mix Delirium tablets for full strength since 0.5.3). Omens can still out-earn the raw Divines on a map, but fog is what makes the currency floor print. Pick Abyss Omens (Amanamu) when you want chase omens without that fog tax — Abyss tablets + pull-out, Unforeseen optional, skip Grand Mirror seeding until the build can tank 200%.
Budget runs rare Abyss tablets with pit / rare mods you can afford. Socket Unforeseen when you can tank overrun density under fog — it adds (14–18) Abysses and Map is overrun by the Abyssal, with 75% less Abyss tower augment quantity as the overrun tax. It no longer rolls the old +Abyss rares line (0.5.0). Mix a Delirium tablet when you want full Grand Mirror fog strength.
Lord of the Pit is pick-one — Agitation (Scattered pits), Extension (Eff per closed Pit), or Proliferation (+Abyss chance). PoE2DB only says pits scatter across the area. The clearest grounded upside is layout geometry: Fubgun’s Abyss + Rogue Exiles guide picks Scattered so pits cover more of the map and Rogue Exiles are more likely to be consumed by Abyss. For this fog rare-density farm he also claims Scattered prints more Abyss rares (omens plus raw currency; omens do not scale with Eff) — that rare-count line is still practitioner vibe, not a tooltip “+% rares.” Default Agitation on non-Overrun maps; when Overrun already scatters (including Unforeseen), swap to Extension.
Contested for omen rare-count — Fubgun-only. Grounded for exile-consumption geometry (Fubgun exile VOD). Dig 2026-07-19: Lolcohol/Maxroll/GGG do not corroborate “+% rares.”
Swap Lord of the Pit from Agitation (Scattered pits) to Extension — Abyssal Monsters gain Effectiveness per closed Pit (up to 100%) — because Overrun already scatters. Fubgun’s updated Abyss video says the same when socketing Unforeseen / unique overrun tablets: skip scatter and take Eff-per-closed-Pit. Default stays Agitation when the map is not Overrun. Proliferation (+Abyss chance) is the third pick, not the Overrun swap.
Used
GGG 0.5.3: Delirium tablets scale Grand Mirror / fog-bank fog (3 restore pre-halve) → patch notes
Delirium Abyss omen / currency printers keep Monster Rarity — white-base skip belongs on negative-rarity → patch notes
IR + MR omen floors still used; free-fog tip carved out
Abyss tablet / rare-density vocabulary for pit printers
Delirium Fog scaling halved; Delirium Tablets scale Grand Mirror / fog banks (3 restore)
Unique Abyss tablet — +(14–18) Abysses + overrun; 75% less Abyss tower augment quantity tax
Scattered pits → exile consumption geometry (grounds Delirium Abyss Scattered FAQ)
Character gear Item Rarity ≥100% (~150% optimal) multiplies with map / monster rarity on Abyss omen drops — not map waystone Item Rarity
Sprawling Rupture: Abysses spawn 25% increased Monsters — scatter is Lord of the Pit → Agitation → patch notes
Abyss atlas notable — Abysses spawn 25% increased Monsters (not pit scatter)
